Mansfield Oil

If you are buying fuel using one of the state contracts for Mansfield Oil, you must enter the associated Mansfield Oil “contract number” into the line item description of your RealSource requisition. Otherwise the state will erroneously charge fees to both Mansfield Oil and VCU.

The contract number is based on the type of fuel that you purchase. See the chart below to select the appropriate contract number.
