View Contract Award Notifications

Step by Step

1. Visit the eVA Website

   Navigate to https://eva.virginia.gov/.

2. Select 'Business Opportunities'

   Click the Business Opportunities link, which is located across the top of the eVA home page.

3. Click on ‘Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO)’

4. Search for Awards of Interest using ‘Advanced Search’

   In the left-hand column under ‘Advanced Search’, you may identify VCU solicitations and awards by selecting Virginia Commonwealth University under the ‘Buying Entity’ section.  From there you may further refine your search using the other categories, such as ‘Status’ and ‘Opportunity Type.’  To view only awarded items, narrow your search by selecting ‘Awarded’ under ‘Status.’

5. Review Documents

   Press the ‘View Opportunity’ button within each item selected to view supporting documents (when available), such as Notice of Intent and Notice of Award.
