Procurement Services has a team dedicated to the administration of the travel management services contract with PanAm and the expense management tool contract with Chrome River. The team ensures that the vendors perform in accordance to the contract terms.
How Can We Help?
Currently, the team is overseeing the transition to the new travel management services contract with PanAM, which will include an online booking tool in addition to full-agent services, and the implementation process of the expense management tool. The systems integration phase for the online booking tool and expense management tool will be completed as early as January 2013 with campus roll-out starting as early as Spring 2013. On-going contract administration will entail monitoring vendor performance and obtaining feedback from the user community.
