Complete Agreement for Expense Reimbursements

Overview

The responsible Authorized Approver must approve an offer of reimbursement for moving and relocation expenses before the offer is formally made to the employee or any expenses are reimbursed. The reimbursement offer must comply with the maximum limitations and restrictions provided in University regulations, and may be restricted to a lesser amount than the maximum allowed (either in total or by category).

To be compensated for moving and relocation expenses the employee must execute a Moving and Relocation Agreement before any such expenses are reimbursed. All Agreements for Reimbursement of Moving and Relocation Expenses terminate no later than the agreed upon time stated in the Agreement. Extensions may be allowed as described in policy.
